Matt’s work in Negotiation throughout his time in the Greater Manchester Police and Control Risks is something that has displayed and enhanced his communication skills. I have been involved with training courses, that Matt has delivered and organised where I witnessed first-hand his ability to teach and deliver the subject matter due to his excellent communication skills. His knowledge of this area is vast, and this was achieved by the work experience in the GMP and furthering his education as he holds a PhD in terrorist negotiation studies with Manchester Metropolitan University. When delivering content, you can experience and benefit from his natural ability to teach and his passion and interest in this area. He can command a classroom teaching environment and encourages participants to provide input and feedback. Effective learning experience
