Matt’s work in Negotiation throughout his time in the Greater Manchester Police and Control Risks is something that has displayed and enhanced his communication skills. I have been involved with training courses, that Matt has delivered and organised where I witnessed first-hand his ability to teach and deliver the subject matter due to his excellent communication skills.
